J., 2015, <strong>37<\/strong>, no. 4: 375-380.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Section: Structure and properties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Language: Ukrainian.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abstract:<\/p>\n<p><em>The metal conaining additives based on chitosan polylactate (Chit-PLA) and Cu<\/em><em>2+<\/em><em>, Co<\/em><em>2+<\/em><em>, Zn<\/em><em>2+<\/em><em>\u00a0has been obtained. The influence of functional additives on the degradation of polyethylene was investigated. It was shown that the introduction of these additives in an amount of 0.5-5% into PE leads to increase of its strength to 28,7 \u2013 44,3 % and accelerates the destruction of the composites after UV exposure and natural factor of soil with pH 7,0\u20137,5. It was revealed that the presence of 0,5 % Chit-PLA-Zn<\/em><em>2+<\/em><em>\u00a0and 0,5 % Chit-PLA-Cu<\/em><em>2+<\/em><em>\u00a0in the composites resulted in the total loss of strength equals 17,2 <\/em><em>\u0438<\/em><em> 28,1 % after the action of soil microorganisms, equals 21,7 <\/em><em>\u0438<\/em><em> 18,7 % after UV exposure, respectively. The composition and intensity of the volatile products during degradation of the composites were characterized by pyrolysis mass spectrometry.
