Colorimetric test-systems as composite membranes possessing the surface layer modified with molecular imprinted polymer were obtained. These test-systems were aimed for fast medical diagnostication of outpatient and for detection of the pathological concentration of creatinine.\u00a0 Creatinine concentration region of fast diagnostic test-system sensitivity was 0,25\u20132,50 mM. Poly(urethane)-poly(acrylate) composite based colorimetric test-systems for detection of phenols in model samples and those of natural water and sewage were obtained as well. Phenol concentration region of test-system for environmental monitoring was 50 nM \u2013 10 mM.
