Abstract:
In this paper, the structure and specific properties of polyurethane polymeric composite materials based on di- and polyisocyanate are investigated. According to IR spectroscopic data, changes in the polymer structure are shown due to redistribution and the formation of new intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Indicators of tensile strength and relative elongation in PU of a branched structure of control samples and samples with doxorubicin depend on the ratio of TDI / HDT-90. According to the data of physical and mechanical studies, it has been revealed that polymeric materials that contain in their composition di- and polyisocyanate filled with doxorubicin can be used to create soft tissue implants with a prolonged therapeutic effect.
Keywords: polyurethanes (PU), implant, structural modification, prolonged action, doxorubicin.
